The company returns and exchanges goods of proper quality in accordance with the “Consumer Protection Law Act”

RETURN CONDITIONS FOR GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer. Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement. You can return the item or exchange it if:

• the product was not used by the consumer and has no traces of use by the buyer: scratches, abrasions, chips, stains, etc .;
• the goods are fully completed and the factory packaging is preserved;
• all labels and factory markings are saved;
• the product retains its appearance and its consumer properties.

According to the Law on Consumer Protection, a company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality, which are not subject to return and exchange.
